How does the crankshaft position sensor operate what is it Job to do? and how do i test the injectors for pulsa with a noid light where are the injectors located on this vehicle?

The crank sensor is needed for the coils to fire. It is on the drivers side, mounted in the engine block back by the transmission. The injectors are under the plenum. The plenum wraps around them. I wouldn't worry about them right now. And your probably right about being flooded. I would throw new plugs in it when you replace the sensor.

Mitsubishi endeavor 2004 coil pack burnt out changed and turns over but no start spark plugs wet from fuel but not starting

There are so many possibilities, fuse, command module, crank signal? Is the module getting 12 volts. It is rarely a whole ignition coil pack goes out unless of a short. Was the unit burned up? If not, it could have a bad crank position signal. The cam sensor is mainly for fuel and crank sensor is mainly for spark.

Starter?

Sounds like you have a weak battery..try giving it a good charge and try again many times engines will not start with a battery that turns the engine over but not fast enough to start.. Good luck.

2004 ford explorer will not start but turns over

For a no start , cranks over ok. be sure you have fuel pressure at the fuel rail first, before checking the injectors. There should be more that 40 psi at the rail... if not .. you might have a fuel pump problem. Even if you have fuel pressure at the fuel rail... the next thing I would check for,,, is spark !! Make sure you have spark at the spark plugs. The order would be... fuel pressure first and then spark , , then injector pulse. !! Then plugged exhaust.... then bad fuel then engine timing. The injectors have power to them all the time. The PCM controls the ground to the injectors. So you would have to monitor the ground side of the injectors. So checking injectors is kinda complicated. Hope this helps you. Good luck.

Our 2004 Endeavor will not crank or attempt to turn over. It has a new battery with a 100% charge.

check power to the starter with a test light, (the smallest wire should have 12 volts when you turn the ignition to crank, have someone crank it whilet test light is connected to small wire, the other wire coming from battery also should always have power, if there is no power coming then it is wire or ground problem, if you have power when you turn ignition it is the starter that has failed and needs replacing.... make sure you have emergency brake on, wheel chucks and car in park before you go under at all times.... use led flashlight to locate the wires on the starter....

My 2004 ford explorer cranks but it will not start everything work lights etc no alarm

OK. We need spark-fuel-and compression to start (and we need these at the correct time) U will need to spark tester or substitute to check spark. Spark should be blue and jump at least 1" in lenght. Check for "Noid" light at fuel injectors. One side of injector is 12volt power and the other side is grounded by pcm to "spray" fuel. Do you hear the fuel pump? Also scan for codes. Does it crank normally...sounds normal?
