You need to ask yourself why it cracked in the first place? Was it punctured, torqued, or hit by something? I'm not a welder, but check EBAY for a replacement. It might be cheaper and more reliable to just find a replacement.

I pour water into my radiator and at the same time I have my oil plug out and I can see the water pouring through the oil pan I believe could ya help me out with this one

If water/coolant is coming out of the oil pan drain you have major problems. Possible internal cracked engine block/cracked cylinder head or bad head gasket.Do not run the engine as this will cause the bearings/motor to seize until it is fixed

Why is liquing exactly

There are a few issues that may cause leakage from the oil pan. If it's leaking from the sump plug, that is the bolt you'd removed to change the oil, the seal could be old and/or cracked, or the bolt might be loose. Getting an oil change and asking for the sump plug to be replaced should be relatively inexpensive.
The other likely possibilities are the oil pan seal is cracked, the bolts holding on the oil pan somehow loosened, or the car was driven over or dropped onto some large, hard debris, and the oil pan itself got bent.
If it's not easy to determine where the oil is leaking from when looking under the car, it could also be from somewhere else in the engine, and dripping down onto the oil pan.
In any case, a reputable shop put the car on a lift to get a good look at the problem, and give you a repair estimate.

My 1995 jeep over heated

Depends on which motor you have, but all motors may have suffered from overheating. Aluminum cylinder heads crack faster than cast iron, and Jeep used alum. heads in 95. Remove your oil fill cap and inspect. If it looks like coffee with creamer on the inside, You may have had the motor compromised - meaning there may be a crack from the water/coolant passage into the oil passage. If it is questionable, remove the oil dipstick, looking for the tan color and 'beads' which would indicate a crack somewhere. If the oil is black, you should be ok - if not, it may be cheaper ( and faster ) to replace the motor, as the block may have cracked instead of ( or in addition to) the ( a ) cylinder head.
Hope it's black!!
Thanks for using Fixya!

Crcked my oil pan with out knowing it ran it all the way out the car died while drving started back up and died again a mile later. fixed the oil pan got new filter put oil in wouldnt start i cleaned the...

Sorry to tell you the bad news but I have to. Please do not loose time to try turn the engine. You cause more problems inside the engine. Since you cracked the oil pan and you drove the car since it died, you seized the engine, you manage to turn the rod bearing on the crank shaft and the rod as well because there was no oil to avoid friction.
What you should do? Ask an expert to check your car and give you the correct advice. Do not try any more to start the car.

Cracked drip pan on a 1996 3.8 Rivera Buick.

Hi! My name is Tom and I can help you.

By drip pan I am going to assume you mean oil pan. First you need to get your car on blocks or up in the air enough to reach the oil pan.

Remove the drain plug and drain the oil.(discard the oil). You will see a number of bolts securing the pan. Using the proper box wrench remove all the bolts.

You will see a gasket. This must be replaced. You can purchase the proper pan gasket by asking for a pan gasket at an auto parts store. While you are there ask for the proper sealant for the gasket.

Clean the pan and any oil on the surface where the gasket will touch. Place gasket sealer around the pan and seal the gasket to the pan cover. Replace the pan. Put the bolts back and fill with oil. Start the car and get it to operational temperature and check for leaks. You are now Good to go.

This is a fairly involved yet simple fix.

Replacing oil pan: what is the best way to access it to remove it?

The only access way for oil pan replacing is from the bottom side of the engine (car). This operation needs to remove the bottom engine plastic cover.

My oil light is coming on, but the oil is full.

Did he inspect the oil pick-up tube before putting new pan on? If the old pan was caved in roughly where pick-up tube would be in pan. it may have bent it up to a point where it doesn't **** up the oil, or the tube could be cracked above the oil level & sucking more air, than oil.

Oil leak

you probably need to replace the oil pan gasket, unless the oil pan itself is cracked then you will need to replace the oil pan
