SOURCE: Check Engine light on Acura TL 3.2 1999

You can turn off the Check Engine light by either disconnecting the battery or by using a code reader to clear the codes. However, if the problem still exists it will come right back on. Instead you should get the code read, find out what the problem is, and fix it. Your local autozone or checker auto parts store will read them for free.

Likely it has more to do with the door that controlls the airflow. Which should be operated by vacum might check and make sure all thevacum lines are plugged in.

SOURCE: Air Conditioner blower no longer blows

verify that there is power to the blower motor and that a fuse is just not blown.
if the fuse is good and there is power to the motor you will need to replace the blower motor.

Acura '99 TL with a heating problem. New

Is this a heater problem or an engine overheating problem?? If it is an engine overheating problem do you have white smoke out the exhaust which would indicate a head gasket leak into the combustion chamber. You could also have compression gases leaking intro the cooling system. Is the thermostat the correct one and if so is it installed correctly with the sensor/wax pellet part towards the engine and it there is a pilot/bleed hole is it facing up. You could also have an ignition timing problem or have a lean running engine and/or a plugged exhaust system

follow your upper radiator hose from the radiator back to the engine. At that point remove the hose and replace it. Put it back together , fill up the antifreeze and you are ready to go.

Sticky valve

first check to see if theres even enough coolant in the car first if ther is get a buddy to turn the temp to hot then cold from inside the car while you watch the heater control valve it sits almost directly on the fire wall it is connected in line on the inlet heater hose and has a cable connected to it see if the cable moves when your friend moves the control knob if it moves your problem could be in the blend door motor or control head if the valve is the problem it is pretty easy to replace just take your time to bleed the cooling system of air after the repair
