Loosing water

If no visual signs apparent, it may be coming out the exhaust pipe, indicating a possible head gasket, or intake gasket leak. Find a repair shop that has exhaust analyzer, that should tell you for sure. A while back, rad shops used to carry a dye that they added to cooling system that would show neon glow where leak was by using a blacklight. Not sure if anyone in your area might still do that. Can always start with a simple cooling system pressure test, and explain what your experiencing.

Low oil pressure

could be as simple as your gage isn't working or it could be your oil pump needs to be replaced, if it isnt burnning oil and isnt loosing oil more than likly it's your gage ,if the pump's not working you won't get oil; to the engine and will over heat and could lock up

I have changed the water pump @ thermostat @ cooling fan will a blowed head gasket make it still over head

Yes. on a cool engine, take off coolant cap, if it pushes water out, most likly the head gasket is blown, have a good auto repair shop do a "block check", there is a fluid they can check for combustion gasses in the cooling system, Combustion gasses = blown head gasket or worse.

My ford taurus 1995 was working perfect untill i found a leak at the lower radiator hose by the water pump a fixed and i change the thermostat but now a have a overheating problems, i am wondering if the...

if the leak was near the lower radiator hose then most likly the water pump is bad. The thermosat is located on the upper radiator hose, and as long as it was installed the correct way there should be no issue there.

I was changing my fuel pump and accidentally broke a part on the water outlet next to the carburator. It looks like a vacuum line that has two inlets and it bolts on to the water outlet. Part...

This is a vacume themo valve, it helps the car warm up in cold weathercorrectly and it's likly that it wasn't working correctly before you broke it. Being theirs likly three or four of these thermo switches on your truck I can't tell you which one you broke. They work two ways, and after their aboutfive years old they don't work anymore. Driveability will be bothered if you leave it alone though so it's wise to do one of two things and you may need to drive it trying it both ways. Connect the two hoses together and drive it it may drive better cold and then as it warms up it might run even better that you rember and you might not notice a difference. Next just block the vacume hosees with a screw or something that fits and drive itagain and see what changes ( if any ) The part could be the EGR cold cut off. The car will likly run better blocking the hoses. No EGR. Or it come be the vacume advance for the ingtion timing. It'll likly get better gas mileage and run better with the hoses connectedto each other. These valves were used to make the car comply wth EPA emmission eegulations and now your car is old enought that you may have troble buying a thermo vacume vavle. I looked in my parts lookup and interchange on the number you provided and did'nt find any listings. The dealers were only suposed t keep this kind of part for 10 years. My listings for your truck only fround fuel injected versions. You did'nt list which engine you have either a 4 or a 6. Carbs ended in the USA in 85, on the 4 in 81. So you say you have amechanical fuel pump and a carb, you do just not in my part of the world.

Nissan xterra 2003 car noisy problem

If it's the water pump there should be water leaking, if it's the steering pump the noise  would change as you turn the steering wheel left to right. If it's constant, it could be just old belt and bad idler and tension pully. Start buy praying a little water to the belt while the engine is running and if the noise goes away, the belt is in time to be chaged. If the noise is still there, then most likly it's the ilder bering or tension bearing. Good luck
