I would take it in and get your CV joint checked. When they start going bad they make the noise you describe and you can sometimes feel a little catching or surging feeling when turning sharp. Your mechanic can inspect them from underneath and usually tell pretty quick if you have a problem.

SOURCE: steering wheel started clicking and got airbag

When the airbag light (SRS) is on or blinks it means a fault has occurred in the system and the airbag diagnostic monitor has disabled the system, the most common problem that turns the light on is a break in the connection to the steering wheel mounted airbag, this is due to a rotating ribbon contact that breaks under the steering wheel that connects the airbag to the wiring harness and the diagnostic monitor, the part is called the clock spring contact, a coiled up ribbon electrical contact that turns with the steering wheel while maintaining a mechanical connection to the airgag mounted on the steering wheel, to replace this part you must disarm the airbag system and remove the steering wheel, this requires a special steering wheel puller tool and that you disarm the airbag system before you start the work, to do this disconnect the battery negative cable for 1/2 hour prior.

SOURCE: clunking in front end when turning

Likely your CV joint - this happened on my car on both sides. Sounds like crunching? Best to get it looked at before it explodes when turning like mine did!

Renault megane tourer sport 1.6 2004 - when i start the car either in the morning or when it has been stood a short while, it makes a loud noise, like a transit van or a tractor. it is only for a few

it looks like u have bad spark plugs, mainly when the car is cold .this noise seems to be backfire coming thru air fllter casing or the accessory belts. also check your engine oil quality-replace if necessary

What make a car to shake whn driving

It completely depends what other underlying issues there are. But there are a few things you can check...

Is the steering wheel shaking as well? If so it could be a wheel balancing issue or bearings, or something else steering related.

If the steering wheel isn't shaking it could be your engine mounts, lack of oil, worn bearings, problems with the driveshaft.

The Haynes manual for Renault Meganes are a good start, at the back of the book it has all of the fault finding things you can do. Almost all of what I have suggested will need to be checked by a good mechanic.

I have a Renault Megane and when moving out of the parking space, I heard a loud noise and after that nowI hear clicks as though it had something to do with a spring. Also when driving along the motorway,...

the clicking could be a drive shaft when moving with wheel turned at a angle as for it pulling ??could be multitude of reasons but ask a local mechanic to check it over as could be a deformed tyre causing the noise and the steering pull so straight to a local mechanic do not drive this vehicle till its been checked out as the tyre could cause an accident

Renault megan scenic making clunking sound when breaks are applied

jack one side of car enough to take the weight off the spring then, using a tyre iron see if there is any movement in the ball joints(DO NOT GET UNDER CAR,ITS HEAVY)also when back on level bounce car, each side of front end should localise the clunk.
noises are hard to diagnose from a distance.....
