my 1990 charade had same problem,tried every thing ended up just turn key off and on farly fast.by that i mean just so the dash lights go on and off.dont ingadge starter,then it should start striataway... from bushmacanic'

Is the bolt actually inside the motor or just inside the engine compartment? If it's just in the compartment and not anywhere near any moving parts that you can see then don't worry about it.

SOURCE: I'm trying to change oil
Use a screw driver or and wedging tools. The rubberized seal gasket is still holding the oil pan, forcing it by wedging the sides will loosen up the oil pan.
