IT SHOULD BE ON THE DRIVERS SIDE FENDER, THE MODULE SHOULD BE A SILVER OR GRAY BOX WITH A COUPLE OF PLUGS ON IT, THE BOLTS THAT HOLD IT TO THE FENDER WILL NEED TO BE ACCESSED FROM INSIDE THE WHEEL WELL. THIS STYLE IGNITION CONTROL MODULE IS FAMOUS FOR GETTING HOT AND JUST TURNING OFF LEAVING YOU STRANDED, IN MOST CASES THE VEHICLE WILL RESTART AFTER THE MODULE HAS TIME TO COOL OFF.

2004 ford F-150 will crank but won't start

Maybe the gas pump or the ignition. Bring it to a near auto parts store and they will diagnose with a scanner.

could be the other fuel pump. they have a low and a high pressure pump. still could be the one in the tank even though its running doesnt mean its pumping. also have the ignition module checked

Can I put a 1981 ford f-150 motor in a 1991 ford f-150 truck

Sounds to me like you opened a can of worms that you are not equipped/qualified to deal with. To begin with, doing an engine change the way you did it is illegal. It is OK to put the newer motor in the older vehicle, but it is against federal law to put the older engine into the newer vehicle. REFERENCE: EPA ENGINE SWAP FACT SHEET

With all that said, if you want to do a swap like that, it is necessary to also swap wiring harnesses and computer modules (among several other components) if you expect it to work.

Where is the fuel shut off switch on 1991 ford 150?

On a 1991 F-150 the Fuel Shut Off Switch is located on the left and above where the steering column passes through the floorboard.

1. Turn the Key in the ignition to OFF.
2. Push the Red Reset Button on the Fuel Pump Shut Off Switch
Down.
3. Turn the ignition Key ON for a few seconds, Then turn it OFF,
Now try to start it.

I replace the control module on my 91 ford bronco i tesyed my ignition coil it was good but my plugs still dont have no spark?

A coil can test good and still be bad. Also fuel injected cars have a crank sensor that is the first link that needs to work to tell the ignition module when to fire but it come thru the PCM so if the PCM took a dive then that could be your problem.
