Turn signals go out in front

moister or metal is shorting it out. Check all wires to see if they are grounding out and use dielectrical grease in the bulbs sockets to keep moister away from the contacts

No turn signals

they are seperate flashers. most times they are both on fuse block or clipped along the metal inside edge of the lower part of dash. Don't count on that. if someone changed it once, it could be tucked into wiring somewhere.

It is located on the Fuse Panel Under the Dash on the Drivers Side. It is Right at the Top of the Fuse Panel. Should be the Large Round one. Some of them were Square Though.
