Try disconnect negative battery cable for 10 seconds, then reconnect. In my case, after leaving lights on and draining battery, power locks on 2001 Sentra were not working, neither with remote fob or inside car. I have no idea why, but with above procedure, everything now works fine.

Apart from a service call, the only other option is to disconnect the negative battery cable for 10min. This should reset the stereo and in a lot of cases, will get the CD player to function again. Hope this answers your question. All the best.
