Replace the cigarette lighter heating element.

If you mean your "Lighters" as in cigarette lighter, then you need to check your fuses. Look in your owner's manual to see which one is associated with your "lighter". . . .

no power, means, what, cig lighter plug dead,?
try something else there, like a cell charger, still dead.?
if it is truely dead, the fuse is blown.
does head lights work, and engine run?
ok fuses that bad are bad, blown. (blown elements)
ok fuse that look GOOD, can in fact be bad, (tiny cracks.)
we never fail to test good looking fuses or go nuts for sure.
you can test fuse 3 ways.
1: DMM ohms, 0 ohms reading
2: voltmeter shows, 12v, on both sides of fuse, key on.
3: a fuse tester dealy bob at any autostore. (ill pass)
there are other ways, but are way too complex to type.
(ok a battery powered test light , yes, all auto stores sell them.

check for a fuse in the fuse box either in the engine bay or under the dash

there might be another fuse for the other lighters. and i think there is another fuse box inside the truck.

You had better recheck that fuse again with an Ohm meter..

checkl fuse first. than chec to see if there is rust on the coil if that`s not the problem check for shorted wire on back of lighter.

should be up under the dash, labeled CTSY 20 amp

The horn and cigarette lighter share a common fuse, so that is most likely the cause of your problem. The fuse is number 8 in the junction block, located under the left side of the interment cluster (under the dash). Good Luck!
