GM and Isuzu use the same basic cluster and they are direct illumination- in other words if nothing lights up, the cluster needs to be repaired at a facility that specializes in them. I opened one up to see if markings on the parts would cross over to known parts to identify them for trouble shooting- no such luck because Delphi/Delco use proprietary numbers and they rarely cross over to anything- which is the way Delphi/Delco wants it. For these there is only one company I am aware of in North America, I do not have their phonenumber, but they do repair GM and isuzu clusters- "Endotronics" in New Hope Minnesota. There may be a few others, but they will not be cheap.
Some of the other manufactu5rers use on a direct read odometer and shift indicator- because they favor gas discharge displays, it is most likely going to be a failed electrolytic capacitor in the step up voltage supply on those units.
