I do not have a manual for this car, so here is a general idea. Look at fuse box carefully to see how it it attached. There could be some screws or there could be a release lever. Keep me updated.

There's no relay for the power door locks? Who told you there was? Power flows from a 15A fuse in the underhood fuse box to the right and left door lock switches. The switches move power to the acutuators. This is a low amp system. Doesn't need relays
Aux Relay Box #4 is in the rear driver's side removable panel with the tire jack.
This Relay box holds the Door Lock / Unlock relays (ice cube type). It also holds the Driver Door Unlock Relay and the ACC Lights Relay (rectangular relays).
most likely not in the fuse box nor is it a relay, check the fuse and replace if necessary. Turn on your hazards and listen for a clicking sound under the dash on the drivers side. Normally the hazard and turn signal flashers or near each other. Not a Ford fan so I can't exactly say where it is located.
Check the fuse box in the car first then if that dont work check the fuse block under the hood also check for a bad relay. And if that dont fix it you may need a blower motor
Under the hood is a relay box and after you take the lid off of this relay box it will tell you inside the lid which relay is for what thanks jerry holler if you need more.
