wipers and washers don't work on 1994 Cheverolet Silverado. has only 45000 miles on it. fuse is ok.

check the connection at the wiper motor.

I could here motor running when I turned on wipers so I pulled on the blade and it started up. The blade was not stuck to the windshied either so go figure? Both washer and wiper have been working since.
