Car takes twice to start

May I ask, what type of drugs are you taking?

it is the power steering rack that is bad and needs to be replaced, dont know why the people you are taking it to dont know that it is a very classic problem.

I called Kia about my check engine light and I told them my mechanic
read the computer and it says 02 sensor. She told me Kia does not sell out there codes to the computer in our cars and that I would have to take it to a Kia repair shop to get the correct reading form the computer

Check battery ground wire or get a new battery.

What year car?? What engine??? What do you mean import,,its a ford focus ??Did the vibration come right after the timing belt was installed..??The major problem with the focus engine mounts was the one under the battery..And the one right above the timing belt..If it was fine until the belt was changed,,then he probably didnt install the mount right or left something off..You have to remove the mount to do a timing belt,,so i would go back to the mechanic..The mounts can look fine ,,but still be worn or not properly installed

Our Rendezvous groans, too. Our mechanic told us it was NOT a wheel bearing, but the rear differential. They recommended that we take it to a reputable transmission garage for service.

ours would also rev up and down,along with the stalling.had the wiring harness that runs on top of the engine replaced,took care of it.now we get to do the upper control arms,but we have 115k on the car now

I would say that you are on the right track , I think that maybe when the work was done on the fuel pump assy the mechanic may have pinched the power wire and hitting the bumps has caused it to short.you will have to take the seats out again (sorry).You need to look for a damaged wire or evidence of arcing .Hope this helps.

what are the problem codes that come back with the ck eng light and whats been done to fix the problem /a drive cycle can take up to 250 Miles and needs to have 35 mile non stop drives in that time

most of the time the ignition switch is bad to reset the computer bump your starter and let the car sit with the ignition on for aprox 10 minutes or until the securety light stops flashing and the car should run the car willnot run if the securety light is flashing
