I recently replaced the radiator in 1999 Concorde and now there is fluid that is leaking from a coil in front of my air condenser. I must have broke it when pulling my radiator out. do you have any idea what this part is?

I'd also assume that it's from your AC/defroster. Condensation will continue to drip even after the AC/car has been shut off. It may also be condensation coming from your exhaust tailpipe. Both of these are normal and thought it's only water, it may pick up contaminants and therefore cause a stain.
In general, don't rely on your gauges/idiot lights to tell you when you're low on fluids, because they usually won't alert you until there's already a problem. Check your oil and coolant levels, and your tire's air pressure occasionally (every 3 months), more often if you suspect a problem.
If you don't have the know-how or inclination, to do this, most quick oil-change places check all this and more for you at no additional cost.
If it's really bothering you and your car is still under warranty, you may want to try the dealership.

Check the passanger side floor board for moisture this could indicate a bad heater core. Then I would check the engine oil and make sure its not milky looking (head gasket). make sure when you fill it let it run with the cap open with you looking into the cap to be sure is circulating and not vapor locked (air pocket)
hope this helps

is a task to get to it and time comsuming, you have to tear into the dash behind the glove compartment to get to it. it can be your heater core or busted heater control valve. heater core will in the same location as evaporater.
