Feels like the brakes are on then pulling off making a left turn.

When pulling from a complete stop and turning it feels like the brakes are on but pulling from a complete stop going straight is most of the time fine.

SOURCE: My 2004 Sport Trac feels

Have you removed all the brake parts in the last year
and at least once every year?

You can not have any rust on the sliding surfaces for the
brake pads or calipers. Everything has to be rust free,
lubed and able to slide and release.

You can not have ridges on the rotors and the pads
wrapped around the out edges on the ridge.

If you don't flush the fluid every 2 years you run the
risk of the calipers rusting and the piston sticking.

While braking , the brakes feels realeasing and clamping until a complete stop, tested it on multiple speeds and does the same

Hello, It sounds as though you might have a warped break drum or rotor. If it isn't too badly warped, you might be able to have it turned on a brake lathe. Otherwise you might need a new one.

Rear end feels really loose when turning from stop

Check the tire inflation. Also, if you can jack the tire up off the ground, rotate the tire and feel across the top of the tread. If there seems to be any high/low spots or feeling of side-to-side tread movement, you may have a separated belt in the tire. This can cause the "loose" feeling you are getting.

Vibration coming from front axle when coming to a stop it gets worse, brakes are good , maybe cv joint?

if you feel the pulsation in brake pedal when stopping. its a warped brake rotor thats causing it. for bad cv joint symtoms--- Unusual noises when making turns. As you are driving on the road and you make a turn at the corner, if you start hearing unusual sounds coming from under the car then this is one of the symptoms of a bad CV joint. These noises will sound like something is clicking beneath the car every time you turn the steering wheel. Evidence of a damaged boot. Steering wheel feels heavier. The steering wheel will start to feel tighter and heavier and you can hardly make simple turns to the left or right. In severe cases you might even feel heavy vibrations like you are driving down a rocky road.

Feels like the brake is always on & gains no speed

When was the last time you open the transmission ? Is it a standard, or automatic transmission ? When was the last time you change your breaks ? Jack the wehicle up, and try to turn the tires with your hand. your breaks might be too tight.

1999 Ford Windstar, Grinding Noise when brakes are pressed

Sounds like the pads are worn out and are grinding on the rotors. You will likely have to replace the pads and rotors.
