not a diy project as the injectors have to be calibrated to crack at a specific pressure
Best take it to a professional diesel shop where new tips can be fitted and the calibration done correctly

should just be able to hook right in to each other or put a new sender in its got a 6.2 or 6.5 in it they are real cheap here in fl i don't know were you are so try to hook to each other
It could be the exhaust plugged. It could be the turbo not working (if equiped). It could be the injector pump. It could be as simple as a pluged fuel filter. I would start with a fuel filter. I hope this helps.
