I need to change my brake light bulb and indicator

I need to change my brake light bulb and indicator bulb on my vw polo 1.4 03, i can see that there is a screw bolt on the inside but there appears to be a large silver bolt also holding this in.
What clips or how many would a standard one have?
Please be as descriptive as possible as im a bit of an amature
