Most of these systems use vacuum from engine to operate, and are bad about getting leaks in these small lines. Vacuum leaks anywhere can cause this too, but also check the one way valve (check valve) under the hood for the vacuum reserve canister.
Need more information. When does it do this? At start up? When it warms up? What time of day and what weather conditions? This could be anything from a bad ground to you putting aftermarket parts on like a fancy radio or alarm. Is the vehicle AWD or 4WD? First of all, you show a picture of an Equinox, but your question appears to be for a Traverse. If for a Traverse, there is a fuse box beneath the instrument panel, all the way to the right on the passenger side. Pull down on the small cover to reveal the fuse box. The Windsheild washer fuse is a 10a in the upper left position in the box. GM has decided that it would like to screw unskilled owners to getthem to the dealership for such things, by jamming the fuse box into a position that makes it very difficult to remove the fuses. Once you expose the fuses, just get in there with needle nose pliers and pull the fuse out to replace it.
on the passenger side of the car look under the hood on the firewall you should find a drain line for the AC system make sure it is open and will drain if that does not fix ur problem you should lok at the heater core .
