to clean the brake rotors, stop a few times with the car in neutral instead of drive.
this will use the brake pads instead of the regenerative braking and reduce squeal.

brake dust can make noise sometimes try running it through the car wash when it does it if it goes away its prolly brake dust if not could be time for new break pads or shoes or maybe a bearing
