1994 Honda accord ex is getting gas and spark spins and flutters but won't grab and start A relay behind the dash sound like on the passenger side was clicking and the dashboard was acting a LILwacky

The "wacky" dashboard could be a failing electrical section ignition switch. This could be causing the no start condition. Having spark doesn't mean it is in time, check cam timing and distributor timing, is it installed correctly and is the distributor rotor good? A common failure is a bad rotor.

2000 honda accord coupe when i turn on the running lights they dont work, but when i click it to the headlights those are fine, where would the fuse be? under the dash? not sure where it is at all...

Your park light fuse is blown. It is in the fuse panel that's accessible with the passenger side door open (side of dashboard), labeled something like "license plate and small lights".

My tail lights on my 94 Honda Accord went out. At

Your question is a bit vague, but the first thing I would check is fuses. If they all are good, then there may be a wiring problem. It could stem from a broken wire, bad ground wire, or from a short circuit. To repair the system will require a wiring diagram, and 12 volt test light or multimeter. Reading the diagram, checking for power where the diagram says it should be and checking for ground where it should be. Note, when using a test light, to check for ground simply place the aligator clip on the positive battery cable instead of cliping it to the negative side or frame grounding.

Brake Lights out on 1991 Honda Accord

After you have checked the fuseand the bulb connection, you may also want to check the brake switch located at top of the brake padel under the dashboard. Once you push the brake padel, the switch will trigger and the brake light will be on. Use simple 12 volt test pen or voltmeter to test the current supply. Enjoy it.
