SOURCE: turn signals stop working
IT IS PROBABLY THE MULTI FUNCTION SWITCH ..THAT IS WHAT YOU USE TO TURN THE BLINKERS ON..TRY TURNING ON YOUR EMRGENCY BLINKER BUTTON AND IF THEY WORK THAT WAY IT IS NOT THE FUSE...THE MULTI FUNCTION SWITCHES ARE PRONE TO FAILURE...

If all other lights are working properly (brakes, hazards and tail lights) there is a good possibility that it is a flasher unit. The flasher unit is usually near or in the fuse block and is usually a small round about an inch in diameter - can be plastic or metal covered. Grasp it firmly and pull straight out on it. There are 2 contacts at a 90° angle that fit into the board. A new unit should be under $10. To reinstall it - just align the contacts with the slot and push it firmly back into place. On most vehicles the hazard flasher unit is the same device but a separate unit. If you turn on the hazard switch and those lights are working you will be able to hear a click as it turns on and off. Once installed - activate the turn signals with the key on to see if it clicks.

Hmmmm... if you replaced the motor you must have cleaned the area housing the arm mechanism. I had the same problem and found the problem to be in the arm assembly box on the firewall. Under the hood, triangular shaped box with snap on top was full of dirt, leaves and pine needles... I removed all the **** & my wipers now park as they should!!
