Car wont start or take boost

Care will not start, radio, lights, wipers, etc. still work though. Somebody tried to give me a boost but engine will not turn over, when I turn the key there is only a click, it does it about 5 times then stops. He suggested the alarm might be stuck on the on position because we could not turn off the alarm with the remote or manually. I attempted to reset the alarm per the manual still does not start. I tried to synchronize the remote( pens and closes dooers, open tunk) but nothing happens. The manual says the horn will honk 5 times and lights will blink off and on if the procedure is successful. Still can get nothing? Any suggestions?

Sounds like your battery has a dead cell. The cranking amps required to start a vehicle is considerably more than to power accessories. The alarm may have a safety feature that will make it go off if the battery voltage is too low (or if someone disconnects your battery). Have your battery tested (with and without a load) and repost if this isn't the problem.

Hello I have a 2005/2006 v6 hilux that won't turn over pls help me

If a car won't crank there are 3 main causes:
Dead battery
Faulty starter motor
Poor battery earth.

Do the easy things first .. get somebody to give you a boost start?

If your car starts with boost ..it points towards a failed battery or bad earth (the black battery cable.. where it attaches to the battery and also to the engine/bodywork).

If your battery is ok - clean both the terminals and where the black cable attaches to the engine/bodywork. Bear in mind that if you disconnect the battery you'll probably lose the radio code.

How can i bypass the alarm/immobiliser on Autowatch 446RLI the car battery died, after charging the car battery the car won't start. it is dead quite when turning the key even thou the dash is lit.

Try getting a friend to boost start your battery with his vehicle and see if your car will crank. If your car cranks over - you have a faulty battery.

Check your battery leads, particularly the black earth lead where it connects to the engine/bodywork.
It's worth pointing out that a failed battery will charge up to a certain extent - however there isn't sufficient power in that battery to crank the engine even though all your dashboard lights are illuminated.
Get somebody to try boost-starting your battery first.

If you're sure that your battery is ok (or if connected to another vehicle): Put your ignition key in and turn it on/off a few times. Leave it in the 'on' position for 2-3 minutes. Give the system time to re-recognise the key

It actually sounds to be battery problem

I have a 2004 honda accord last night i drve it with no problems out of no where today it wont start i have lights radio but it will not turn over we tried boosting with a car and a booster

If it won't start with booster cables, but the radio and lights work, that's not good.
Try putting it in neutral instead of park.
It could be the ignition switch, the starter relay, the starter, etc.
The etc is the problem. It takes a mechanic to figure it out if it's not just a moody ignition switch.

My will not start unless i get a boost but the power still works without it being boosted, i.e. lights, alarm, radio, windows etc, what can the problem be

Change the battery, your battery gone bad, and isn't fully recharging itself, and isn't havn't the min cranking amp require by your car to startup the engine, however there still enought charge in there only to power windows, radio etc. When starting a engine, you need at least a min cranking amp, and requires more when it's cold outside.
