SOURCE: reversing lights not work
sounds like it could just be the reverse sensor located on the acctual gearbox under bonnet, you can tell which one it is as it is one of possible two.

SOURCE: fog lights not working
use a test light to check for power do this where you plug in your bulb is no power then trace wires testing in the wires periodically to check for broken wires if everything checks out fine next check the fog light switch.

the switch is in fact the earth when you select reverse it gronds the wire, so to test take lead off and earth it, there will be a contant live to the bulb with the ignition on, if when earthed the light works the fault is with the switch, which could be an adjustment problem, or a defective switch. if does not work when earthed check the live to the bulb then check fuse

If, as you indicate, this clutch replacement was recently done I'd contact the shop that did the job. There is a very good likelihood them didn't properly remount the backup light switch.
Let them have the burden of this repair.
No reason I can think of for you to do it.
