Is there a way to permanently disable the overdrive on my 1994 Ford f150

You should have an overdrive off button at the end of your gear shift lever. just switch it off and tape over the button. Or the wires from the button connect at the bottom of the shifter. The button is on or off, figure out which disengages the overdrive and either leave the circuit open or closed.

Transmission drops in low gear

Sounds like trouble, check to see if overdrive button is on ,turn off and see if anything changes, but it sounds like transmission failure, go to a shop, you could try getting fluid completely sucked out and replaced also.

2005 Ford Freestyle - Drivers heated seat not working...fuse good..Passenger seat works...lights on heater button work

Most likely a broken wire or plug under the seat, get a flashlight and have a look, the heavy duty wires will be the heater the others the airbag/seatbelt sensors. You might find a bendy. weak section where the copper has flexed and parted.
