My understanding of you question is this:
I have cleaned all the sensors, etc, on my 2004 Toyota Yaris, yet when I start the car while it is cold, the RPM reaches 3000. Once it has warmed up, the rpm lowers by itself.
Why does it do this?
If that is right, then this is normal behavior, though it is a little excessive.
Perhaps the throttle-plate bypass valve is not operating freely; You should check that out.

Hi. It must be really very frustrating on your end and i understand how you feel. I suggest that have your car checked by toyota mechanics since it is still under the warranty.
