I pulled 3 wires out of plug above the starter,colors are blue,green,and yellow,,what order do these wires get replaced

Its a 3 post plug on the engine block just above the starter

SOURCE: wires pulled out of crank sensor plug yellow blue

The yellow goes on the terminal B.Blue to terminal A AND green to terminal C.You should be able to see the letters on the connector.Good luck.

SOURCE: order for wires on starter for my 1997 cavilier 2.2l engine

Shouldn't be to hard.. 3 go to the main cable and one to the start position on the solenoid .. ( the purple one goes on the small stud )

SOURCE: the plug above the starter on the block came loose

If by "plug" you are referring to a plastic cap, that would be the end off you starter solenoid. The best thing to do would be to replace the solenoid and reattach the wires to the new one. Be sure to remove the positive battery cable before attempting this. If you are unsure how to replace the solenoid it may be easier to replace the entire starter with a rebuilt one that can be found at any auto parts store. Please rate this answer,thanks.

Speaker wire colors


1991 Ford Explorer XLT Radio and Speaker Wire Colors
Pulled out the stock radio and found two plugs on the back of it. One plug had 7 wires (Power, Dimmer, Amp etc.) and one had 8 (Speakers).
7 wire plug (I could see these wires immediately from the plug):
Car Radio Battery Constant 12v+ wire = Light Green w/ Yellow Stripe
Car Radio Ground Wire = Black
Car Radio Accessory Switched 12v+ wire = Yellow w/ Black Stripe
Car Radio Dimmer Wire = Light Blue w/ Red Stripe
Car Radio Illumination Wire = Orange w/ Black Stripe
?? Don't know ?? Red Wire (No power to wire Constant or Accessory)

glad you posted what colors you do have , cause 2 resources didn't match ,actually 3 , i did find a match to your colors was a 97 year model premium radio, so we have a match .....

black/ light green = ground
dark green = left front spkr +
purple = right front spkr +
blue/white = right rear spkr -
brown/blue = left rear spkr -
brown/yellow = left rear spkr +
blue/orange = right rear spkr +
black/yellow = park lamps
brown/red = left front spkr -
orange = dimmer signal
pink = fused battery +
green/red = radio choke relay
red/white = fused ignition
blue/red = right front spkr -

Use Universal Alarm Bypass Module part # 2x402 where X can be any number. *** Must power ign3 using a relay. Tap relay coil to ign3 connection of remote start along with bypass module. No diode isolation is required.
