A flashing airbag light can mean one of two things. The first possibility is that your battery is in death row. Have it tested at your local parts store. The second possibility is that there is an actual problem with the airbag system. Below is a list of airbag codes, which will flash on the warning light. For example, the light will flash once, pause and then flash twice == 12.

If the AIRBAG light is coming on while you are driving it means that your Supplemental Restraint System (SRS) or "Aibag Module" has a malfunction and that the restraint system WILL NOT WORK in the event of an accident. I use the words "Supplemental Restraint System" and not "Airbag" because most people do not realize that the seatbeltpre-tensioners, the drivers, passenger, and side airbags (if equipped) are all included in this. I don't mean to be over-dramatic, but that light being on could quiteliterally make the difference betweenlife and death in the event of an accident.
A very common cause of this is a failure of the Contact Assembly (Also Known As "ClockspringAssembly") in the steering column just under the steering wheel.
There are at lest 2 Technical Service Bulletins (TSBs) published by Ford Motor Company that may apply to your situation:
TSB 02-21-7 Which discusses known wiring problems under the driver's seat and in the area of the pre-tensioner assemblies.
TSB 04-25-15 Which covers the possibility of a faulty forward crash sensor, side crash sensor, faulty wiring to the crash sensors or a defective Restraint Control Module. (RCM)
You need to have your restraint system diagnosed as soon as possible - even if the light goes out again. There will be a fault code that a qualified technician can use to determine what is causing the fault.
Good Evening, the reason your airbag light starts flashing is because the airbag computer as received an error from one of its external inputs whether it be a seatbelt latch or the clockspring assembly in the steering wheel or an internal error. What I would recommend is to find a local garage that can read the code that is stored in the airbag computer then from there diagnosis and repair will be a whole lot easier. Hope this helps, and if you have any more questions please feel free to ask.
Depending on which airbag sensor your after. There are 4 crash sensors on these. 2 in the doors for the side airbags, and the other 2 can be located underneath the bonnet. The sensors respond to the relevant airbag on the same side, i.e nearside sensor = passengers airbag, offside sensor = drivers airbag.
The main SRS control unit can be located underneath the centre console, thought ild add this in case you needed it!
The blink code you are refering to is : Intermittent or Repaired RH Radiator Primary Crash Sensor Feed/Return Circuit Open , which means your right hand side frontal crash sensor (airbag sensor) is not working, therefore your airbag system is disabled...
I have the same issue (which comes and goes often).
It is caused by a loose wire connection, used for the drivers side airbag located in the seat.. The connector for mine is located under the front drivers seat. There are a couple of connectors that are connected to a bar under the front of the seat. I don't recall which one is used for the Airbag sensor.
Check underneath car.
