Question about 1998 Buick Park Avenue
Trans torque converter make sure fluid is good when Trans is hot and fill when running if low. If doesn't fix sorry but replace torque converter

I would look for a fault in the ignition system such as a cracked spark plug. Might need a scope check to put your finger on the problem

I had the same problem on my 2006 Lucerne and it was the engine mount located on the front of the vehicle behind the radiator.
