If you have a valid key (one that will start the car). buy a bypass module for your make n model (ebay n sutch places)
without a valid key you would have to get a dealer to program one for you. then get a bypass module suitable for your car(mimics the keys transponder code)
the whole point of the immobilizer is to prevent someone from using your car without a valid key. if it were as easy as cutting a wire or splicing some together it would be useless

dont replace the boots the cv is junk relace the shafts the shafts rebuilt are 59 or 69 $
