Name some none, pretend we are blind, we , well, are.
on all cars, we start with the head lights.
because, they are hot all the time and are simple.
a lamp, a switch and maybe a relay.
if the HL are out the main fuse is blow it the engine bay fuse box.
or the battery is dead
did you check for 12.6vdc at battery?
or jumper cable start the car, if all lights are dead.
?
call AAA?

1996 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE,4.0L,6CYCL.,2WD,ELETRICAL PROBLEMS THAT MAKES MY TRUCK BACKFIRE SO HARD IT BLOWS MY MUFFLER OPEN LIKE A ALUMINUM CAN,SOMETIMES YOU CAN FEEL ELECTRICITY SHOOT TO THE PASSENGER

There are a couple of things that might cause a backfire and NONE of them have any relation to electricity:
1. Engine timing, the relationship of the CAM and the CRANK shaft. IF a valve is open when the engine cylinder fires then the resulting action is a backfire.
2.Cylinder misfire: There is one cylinder exhausting unfired fuel to the exhaust manifold and if he manifold is hot enough, the fuel mixture ignites.

None of the Eletrical works on jeep 2004

old post
all electrics dead.
that is a dead battery.
surely head lights work they do , key in pocket.
fix head lights first (path) starting with a voltmeter at the battery
12.6vdc is charged, if ok , check the fuses in the engine bay fuse box called the PDC.

No eletrical power any where. Battery has a full

Do you have the owner's manual?
I would start by finding out where the fuses for the electrical system are located.
Then you need to find out which one is the main power fuse and try replacing it.
While you are looking at the fuse box, I would pull out and examine the other fuses, a little preventive medicine is cheap insurance down the road.
If that doesn't work your ignition system may have a cut off function that needs to be reset.
I hope that gives you a couple of ideas to work with.

Fan sometimes don't work

There are plugs on the back of the control panel that has all the adjustments. Pull this control panel off and push the plugs all on tight. If problem still presiests use a eletrical conetor grease that will help them make more contact
