It is fuse number 12 in the interior fuse box behind the panel just to the left of the steering column.
Fuse #12 a 20 Amp mini fuse that powers the Cigar lighter and OBD2 diagnostic connector pin #16 (12 volts)
Typically the OBD2 port is located below the steering wheel, towards the right or left knee. It should have a cover over it saying "diagnostic" or "obd2" another location is under the hood, typically near a fuse panel. This one should definitely have a cover on it saying "diagnostic" or "obd2"
If it's obd2 it should be right under drivers side dash,or under fuse cover,or under a separate cover labeled obd2. As long could Google ob2 connector location for your specific car.
Most obd2 connectors are located right under drivers dashboard, or under fuse box cover,or another cover labeled obd2. Just Google your specific make and model. Good luck
