Question about 2005 Honda Accord 2.0
Short answer, Your battery is weak. The clicking noise is the starter solenoid engaging rapidly as it tries to engage starter but battery is too weak to turn engine. Could also be a bad connection to battery. Either terminal corroded or battery cables. If car starts with jumper cables have a shop test battery and cables.

Next is jumper cable jump start to good running helper car battery.
that cuts cause in 1/2 , 15min works.
car starts, your battery is bad, or not charging, running, or is only discharged. (left head lights on)

hot wire the solenoid, for cutting possibles in 1/2 again.
what transmission? in car?
