Check if your injectors with the electrical meter with ohmmeter you should have around 12 ohms on each if you have above 15 ohms that's mean your injector is going bad it has problems ,easier way to check its if you will start the car with cold engine and go by the mufflers and if you will hear from one of the mufflers kinda shoots that's mean on this side of engine is the injector going bad ,the other things it might be mass air flow ground (-) wire which has some bad connection ,if not check all the connections on the ignition coils and injectors, check your spark plugs, and on the end if this problem will continue check your knock sensor!

SOURCE: fuel pressure regulator
Have you checked the fuel pressure? If it is high and fuel is not returning, the regulator is bad. If it is low and fuel is not returning, the pump is bad.

The acceleration may be an issue with the clutch or with engine. If it is a manual tranny, you may have a worn out clutch. For automatic, you may need to have the solenoid cleaned or have the tranny serviced
Other issue could be on the engine, check first the fuel filter especially if you encounter loss of power when running.

SOURCE: LOSS OF POWER ,POOR FUEL MILEAGE
If the injector cleaner doesn't do any good, check to make sure the exhaust system isn't clogged. Over the years, I have had a couple of catalytic converters disintegrate and allow chunks of debris migrate back to the muffler or resonator. You can verify this by allowing the engine to heat up and then listening at the tailpipe; if you can hear the individual cylinders firing, it's clear, if it hisses, it's clogged. Raising the RPMs from an idle with make this even more evident as the hiss will become much louder. Also, this will cause the operating temperature to rise beyond its normal indication.
