How cani ajust the timing belt?

You can't, there is no adjustment, it wears out, you replace it. There is typically a procedure to adjust the tensioner, but if you see reason to believe its tension is wrong, replace it, it's not that much more work. You must always insure cam/crank timing is correct when replacing a timing belt, I suppose that could be called an adjustment, but again, if cam timing has jumped [broken record] replace the belt

How to install timing belt on 1993 toyota camry 4 cylinder

1993 Toyota 2.2 you have valve clearance, meaning if you broke the belt driving you just broke a belt and NO VALVE DAMAGE. On the cam gear line that dot on top with the mark at the top if the cylinder head it a little dipple. As for the crank just line up the dots. There is nothing confusing turn one at a time or both at a time.

How do i replacen the belts on the pullys

On 1.8 engines. Loose the belt ajustment next to the power steering pump and remove the belt. There is nut holding this ajustment screw, For the one that goes into the Alternator loose the ajustment underneath the alternator, You dont have to remove any bolts on the Alternator or Power steeing pump. (To prevemt noise make sure you replace with Gates belts instead of Nissan.)

My tracker is a automatic and it will not go past 25 mph. Someone said they heard the shift soleinod needs ajusted.

Check the crankshaft pulley that drives the "fan" belt. If it feels loose on the crankshaft, have a mechanic check it. This is a common problem and will cause thw engine to lose power because it affects engine timing.
