if is a diesel one then yes has a filter under the primer pump in the engine bay, has 4 or 5 hoses connected to it, if its a petrol it has an intank filter on the fuel sender unit, should never need to be changed. and i think the only way to change it is to replace the sender unit in the tank which includes the pump, gauge float etc...

Seems pretty basic and easy to do if you are mechanically inclinde. This is from the factory service manaul and unless something aftermarket was installed, this was all your truck came with from the factory. I hope this helps and is what you are looking for. Good luck.
