SOURCE: turn signal is not blinking

There is a Turn Signal "Flasher" that should be on the Fuse Panel inside the Car. If not it will be in the Fuse Relay Box under the Hood. This is the Problem and needs to be Replaced. Let me know if you need more Help! Please Rate my Response, I need all the Help I can get! Thanks!

SOURCE: location of turn signal relay

It should be mounted to the firewall just to the left of the steering column under the instrument panel. But you really should pay attention to the post above. Especially if it's just one side. Turn the signal on, and look in front and back to see if the bulbs are lit. Then do the other side. If they aren' t on, they're burnt out and that's your problem.

SOURCE: Why don't the turn signals blink on my 1996 buick century?

This means you have a faulty relay. The relay is what causes the light to blink. They are usually a black plug that is in one of the fuse boxes, usually the one under the hood

SOURCE: 1995 Buick Riviera SC: traction and the security light

traction switch is located next to drivers left knee on bottom of dash....you should be able to turn off the traction light there by just turning on the traction control.....the security light is telling you that there is a problem with your security system....could just need a new key with a new computer chip....make sure the key is clean and dry when using so it can read the chip....the security light comes on whenever your start the car and stays on for approximatley 2 minutes and then should go out....it is just a reminder....try this and see if it works....lock the door using the power switch on door.....close door and see if the security light comes on....watch and it should go out after about 2 minutes...if it does then your alarm is activated and working....to disarm you need to unlock the driver door with the key...anything else will set the alarm off and the lights will start flashing and the horn honking...after you set the alarm off you will always have to use the key to unlock the drivers door to turn off the alarm and reset the security system.

1995 Buick Riviera, brake lights won't come on except for the one in back window

I am thinking that the brake lamps in the rear taillamps went through the turn signal/hazzard switch. Play with your hazzard switch and see if they start working. If not, check the brake lamp switch with a test light. I believe the high mount stoplamp had a seperate wire than the taillamps for brake lights.

Left turn signal

Check for blown bulbs. If both front and rear are blown you may have a bad socket or wire causing a the circuit to ground out. Or it could be a bad t/s switch.

The front right turn signal turns on but does not blink. is this a bulb, fuse, or something else problem?

sounds like a turn signal flasher . If thr rear turn signal on the same side does the same thing replace your turn signal flasher under dash usually in or next to the fuse box.

Brake lights staying on

for one ther is no such thing as a combination swich for that, the problem is that the brake light switch is bad or out of adjusment its an easy fix either way,!!!!!!!

Right and left turn signals are staying on insted of blinking

The most common cause of your problem is the flasher unit. This is located under the dash on the driver's side above the brake pedal. There may be a panel that drops down that's secured by a screw or bolt.

'97 riviera left blinker comes on but does not blink

The left blinker comes on, but does not blink? Either the front or rear bulb on that side is burned out (turn signal filament only). U can swap bulbs from good side to determine which is the bad bulb, or by carefully checking the bulb filament for damage. Let me know if u need more info.
