Take to Auto Zone and have the computer control module checked. Normally Auto Zone performs this service free. Or you could remove the computer modle and take it and have it checked.

You need to have your alternator tested, and also verify that all of your electrical connections to the alternator and battery are secure , and not corroded.
The battery light means that your charging system is not working. You can verify this: Get a voltmeter, and check your battery voltage with the car not running. It should be approx 12.6volts. Start your car, and check the voltage across the battery again. It should be a little over 14 volts. If you don't have at least 14 volts, your alternator is not working.

remove oil pressure sending unit install manual oil pressure gauge let truck get to norm temp. record your pressure couple of things could be happening as you run engine oil pump pulls debris/sludge up against pickup screen restricting oil flow cut engine off debris falls back in pan or once engine reachs normal temp due to excessive bearing clearances your engine may have the pump cannot achieve max pressure.
