You have something drawing on your battery. disconnect the nevagative cable. hook a test light between the negative cable and negative battery post and pull fuses till the test light goes out. when the test light goes out you've found the circuit that's drawing down your battery. trace the circuit and look for a short to ground or if something on that circuit is staying on.

If i keep the negitive connecter on the battery it will go dead in a hour there is not a wire hooked up on the alternator but i dont know where it might go?

Even with the wire removed, are you saying it goes dead while driving or just sitting . if it goes dead wile driving then the alternator may not be charging the battery as you drive but if it goes dead while the car sits then there is a draw some where.
if you sent me the year make and model with the engine size and also let me know when it goes dead in 1 hour, while driving or car just sitting and i will help you solve the problem. good day

absolutely yes. when voltages are low the engine management systems do not get the right voltages and cause running problems. in some cases i have seen cars will not even start when the battery voltage is below 12 volts. you need to replace either a bad battery or an alternator that isnt charging correctly

Battery goin dead but i took the negative and positive terminals off while it was running so i dont think its the alternator what could be killing my battery?

You have a Bad Battery ! If it is New, do you have a Sound System if not maybe a bad Diode in your alternator.. best way to check that is with a voltmeter by checking to your pole, car running, if it's more than 14 volt if less, bad alternator, if voltage is good something like a glove box, trunk light stay on when your car is turned off !

Antenna goes up and down and drains the battery

well if you dont want the radio on you can take the radio fuse out if not then you can unplug the wire going to the antenna in the trunk.
