Question about Cars & Trucks
Have a fuel manifold pressure test done to check fuel pump--pressure regulator and filter Run fault codes as it may have nothing to do with the fuel pump . It may be just a CPU reset with a code reader following the battery replacement as this causes program corruption which affects the immobiliser .

CHECK BATTERY VOLTAGE IF IT ISNT ENOUGH THAN THE VEHICLE CANNOT START YOU NEED THE BASIC THINGS FOR A CAR TO START SPARK , FUEL AND COMPRESSION . IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH FUEL PRESSURE THE VEHICLE WILL NOT START EVEN THOUGH THE PUMP IS RUNNING YOU COULD ALSO HAVE A CLOGGED FUEL FILTER I WOULD START THERE

I would check the ASD and fuel pump relays for power and ground first.
Have you checked the fuel pressure with a gauge ?
