The key codes are on a plastic card or metal ring that came with owner manual packet. Look in glove box.
Also, call another dealer to confirm if available from Ford. I thought we went back to 1998 for scanning codes but I could be wrong. they will need your 17 digit VIN number.
Finally, a lot of thimes, the selling dealer records them in the sales folder just in case they need it on the lot. Do you know the selling dealer.
Finally, a locksmith can help.

This is a OB 1 system. You can get a reader from the parts store for about 30 bucks. Look on youtube to see how to use it. Some places like autozone will give you the codes for free.
