If anyone can help me to fix an invalid EQ check TH12HW for Nissan. Radio serial number is PN2804FA 0002955. Much appreciated,

We do not have radio security codes. You will need the VIN of the car and the radio serial number and then go to www.radio-codes.com

How to get radio code

Try contacting a dealer and tell them that you had the battery out and now the radio is locked. Tell them that you have the radio serial code. Depending on who you talk to they may provide it to you at the worst you will have to go to the dealer and confirm that you are in fact the owner. This can cost up to $25 or if they are cool about it they wont charge you anything.

Would you please get me radio code for 2006 Honda Odyssey serial#11164110 thanks

The radio serial number along with registration with your name on it will have to be taken to the dealership. If this is not the original radio for the car, the dealer wont (or isnt supposed to) give you the code. That's the whole idea behind anti-theft radios.....making them worthless to anyone that might steal one.

I ran the battery down after i left my lights on and now the radio wont do anything just says errE how do i fix that

you may need to get the passcode, try this

1. Look in your glove box for a white sticker with black numbers on it. The sticker will be about 1 1/2 inches long and 1/2 inch wide. There should be 5 digits on it. These 5 wonderful numbers are your radio code. Put the code in through the preset buttons on the radio. You'll hear a beep and the radio will come back to life. (though you'll have to reprogram all your presets)

2. Ok, there's a sticker there, but there's more than 5 numbers on it! What do I do with that? Don't worry, that's the serial number for the audio unit. Call a dealer, tell them what happened and that you have the serial number and they can get the code for you for free. Write the code down and stick it in the glove box. Follow the steps in #1 above.

My car was turned off to be fixed and now the sterio wont turn on and i dont have the code because it was a used car

Any honda dealer will be able to give you the five digit radio code. you will need the radio serial number. The serial number is on the bottom of the audio unit which means if you dont have it you will need to remove the radio to get it. You can also check the owners manual and see if someone has already wrote the serial # or code in it.

Disconnected battery now radio wont work is there an code

The radio is usually tied in with the anti-thief. If it is asking for a code then you probable have to remove the radio far enough to gei the serial number off it. Call a dealership with the radio serial number and then can give you the code. If it is not asking for a code then chances are it is an electrical problem with the radio maybe a fuse.

2002 Acura 3.2TL, when I turn the radio on all it says is "Err 8", wont even play audio cassette.

You have to do this to fix it: If you have jumped or replaced the battery at anytime this will happen. You have to get the serial number off the radio by removing it or partially taking it out to see the numbers on it try not to remove any cords. With the stereo out (to make sure you get the right number off of it) call an Acura dealership with the number and they will give you the another number to enter into the stereo and directions on how to punch the numbers in. Make sure while you have the stereo out you write the serial number down and keep it in a safe place also the number that the Acura dealership gives you because if you sell the car or if it happens again its easily accessible. Good Luck!

Sony stereo serial number

The player will have to be removed from the dashboard and the Serial Number will be on a label on the radio casing

It should begin with M or V or L  or C

I had a starter relay problem on my 2001 Eclipse. Now my factory radio wont work. It asked for a code and I typed in a few random #'s and now it says OFF and wont work now. Do you know how I can fix this?

That's a bummer. The factory radio has a anti-thief device that keeps the radio from working if the wrong code is put in too many times. When this happens, the radio is on lock-down. No more codes can be entered.

Only the dealer right now can only unlock the radio for you. They can get the correct code by the serial number on the radio. But, you still need them to remove the lock-down in place.

you need to get the serial# and call a honda dealer.
somtimes you will find the 5 digit code on a small white sticker in the glovebox, trunk, ashtray, somewhere in the door jamb you willl have to look all over. somtimes you can find the serial # on a small white sticker.
otherwise pull the radio or try and see the serial# with a mirror
