SOURCE: Is this TRUE that small Quantity Mobil Oil comes in coolent through INTERCOOLER in swift vdi ddis ?

i wouldnt think so.. the inter cooler on a turbo car is for air only. if your getting oil mixed with coolant the issue can either be a bad turbo or a blown head gasket or if your radiator has an oil cooler built into it then your radiator is bad and needs replaced..

No there should not be any oil in the intercooler. You have a leak in the supercharger seal.

I DONT KNOW HOW TO set Alarm for my swift vdi car from thefting

No one at FIXYA can have any idea about what kind of an alarm you've got. You should go to the dealer, the installer or the one who sold you the car and ask how to operate anti-theft alarm.

Suzuki swift used to tick over at 800 revs, now ticking over between 600 and 800 revs, engine shudders a bit

which engine, what year.?
egr struck open , partially is #1 cause of low idle
and never getting a tuneup.

the ECU, does all it can to hold 800, hot, all day,no matter what.
but
will fail if:
1: not tuned up, called misfire. (shudders is misfire)
2: too lean (low fuel pressure.)
3: leaking injectors, more misfire. (or clogged)
4: egr stuck open a tad, or stalls if open fully.
5: ISC stuck closed.

if true in this case panic
running 0w oil?
need the FSM. it covers all this.
i check the oil gallery port, using the oil sender, hole.
if oil pressure is good, (FSM spec)
then the sender is bad. or wires?

I owned a maruthi swift vdi in india.i heard that a hardware called chip tuning will increase performance in respect of speed and better fuel effeciency for diesel car.is it right??

Yes this is right for a lot of vehicles. But on the side the more your engine works with this extra power and acceleration the faster your engine and transmission will wear out.

I have swift diesel vdi car. One month ago panel showed SES light while running.. After 2 days i went to maruti authorised service station for service. After inspecting my car, mechanic told me that one...

The problems need to be fixed before they erase the codes otherwise the codes will reappear. I hope they didnt do that just so the warranty would run out.
