Loosen the hydraulic hose at the end of the cylinder . undo the mounting bolts and lift the cylinder clear . unscrew the hose out of the end of the cylinder . lift out. Replacement is the opposite but before you mount the cylinder make sure that the push rod is inserted back into the cylinder.. Fit he bolts and tension up tighten the hose . You should have screwed it in properly before mounting the cylinder and now it is just a matter of tightening it up. refill the master cylinder with fluid and with the help of a friend proceed to bleed out the air . Keep pumping and bleeding until you have a firm clutch pedal.

The only way to program them is with a scan tool so you'll need to visit your local dealer to have it done. Here is how it is done.

This is what I would do.
Fill the master with brake fluid.
Make sure the slave cylinder bleeder is closed.
Have someone pump the clutch pedal fully down and while allowing it to come fully up about 20 times and then hold down.
Now with the clutch held down ........open the bleeder and hopefully some air will come out.
Repeat until fluid appears with out air.
The clutch master cylinder piston must be allowed to come fully back in it's cylinder to take in a new load of brake fluid with every pump and in normal operation.
Another way to bleed it......is to vacuum the fluid through the system from the master cylinder .......connecting to the slave cylinder bleeder valve.

Start by disconnecting the negative battery cable.
I don't know if your vehicle is 2 wheel or 4 wheel drive, but please note that on some 4WD vehicles, access to the starter is difficult due to the front driveshaft and/or related hardware. This may or may not be the case with your vehicle, but be prepared to remove other parts if necessary.
There are two bolts that are installed vertically at the bottom of the starter near the bell housing cover. Remove them and hold the starter up while doing so. The starter should then drop down far enough to disconnect the wiring attached to the solenoid. Note where the wires are removed from in order to reconnect them correctly.
Remove the starter and reverse the process to install the new one.
You may have to twist and/or reorient the starter to get it out and to replace it. Remove other parts, such as the bell housing inspection cover, as necessary.

I would not replace clutch slave, take my advice and replace the master and slave unit. Though for the moment this is more expensive, unless you have a perfect master cylinder, the new slave cylinder will destroy it in a hurry. It is cheaper to buy them together rather than separate.
