My hazard warning lights on my civic wont stop working even if I press the button and turn the engine off - HELP please

you could either have a front marker/signal lamp w/lamp grounded and causing this,remember...when tail lights are on so are your frt parking/marker lights on also..... other than that you could have a feed wire worn thru and grounding out to the frame

The Flasher is located front seating area, driver side, under left hand side of instrument panel between junction block and brake pedal.
