Question about 1999 Ford F150 Regular Cab
Right wiper blade slips even as left blade stays constant. Sometimes it does half strokes high, not coming back to the start point, sometimes it goes too far down.

Yes, my 2003 did the same with about 75k miles on it, stranded me on days it stayed under 40F unless I plugged in the block heater the night before, then it started like a champ. Dealer replaced the relay and a control unit under ESP warranty. There's no way to fix this one without throwing parts at it.

Set your idle speed to mfg recomindation if that doesnt help check the dash pot that is what keeps the engine from stalling at sudden speed reduction

SOURCE: ENGINE SURGES AT IDLE
with the engine running lift hood and lisen for a vacum leak and check all your vacum lines. if no vacum leak can be found then replace the idle air control valve.
