When in Rome ( old saying) do what is necessary. Go to a cafe that is patronised by expats and you will find someone who will be able to help with a translation. Then have them tell the service personal to run the fault codes . Next tell them to reset the CPU by using a codes reader as there may be corruption in the CPU program from the blowing fuse. Also tell them to check the immobiliser for correct operation as it may not be working at all from the blown fuse.

SOURCE: 2000 Ford Focus electric locks/acuator failure recurring problem

I would follow their recommendation as I had the same problem with my car. They unhooked the power to that door and it was fine. The problem was a short in the wiring in the door that was causing the problem. So maybe get them to check the wiring in the door as well.

fuses are usually in the glove box or under the drivers dash or under the drivers side hood either physically inspect every fuse by pulling them one by one or the aid of a test light and a good ground to the test light

Rear hatch door of2004 toyota sienna xle will not open electrically

Operation of the power back door is controlled by the power back door ECU and the power back door drive unit. Either or both units could be defective.
If the I/P indicator is falsely on, there could be a problem with the body ECU or as a result of failed communication with the power back door ECU and the power back door drive unit.

Driver's side power window doesn't work

2006 chrysler town and country passenger side window suddenly stopped working.
other windows work, sliding doors work as does rear hatchback.
fuses seem to be good.
might there be a safety switch that somehow got pushed that keeps the passenger window from opening?

Renault Clio dashboard and side light blow fuse??

I found a solution to my problem on the Internet and it worked a treat

My problem was that the dashboard and both rear lights would not turn on, but the fuses were okay and nothing had been changed

It turns out that in the passenger footwell there are a few relays right in the footwell where a person would put their feet. At first it was suggested that you push your feet really hard against the front of the footwell to see if that helps, and it did, but the lights went out again later. So it was then suggested that you look for a loose relay box where the feet go (on the left hand side at the top of the footwell, nearish to the bonnet release catch). It turns out there are 2or3 relay boxes there. SImply push each one to ensure that it is correctly seated, and voila the lights work perfectly again.

A simple fix that costs nothing, saves a potentially costly visit to a garage, and can be undertaked without any tools are even needing to open the bonnet.

May not solve the problems of those blowing fuses etc, but certainly worked a treat for me

Electrical Problem and broken door handle

I would take the radio out and start looking for the problem there. All of your inertior accessories run off that circut, and a short to ground can definately cause that problem. Remove the stereo, and check all of your connections. Make sure every connection is insulated (electrical tape will work fine to cover exposed wires.) Make sure that you pull the fuse for the radio/acc before you button up your radio connections. Once you have done that, replace the radio/acc fuse, and test your radio/windows. If they dont work after that, you may have to go to an electrical shop to have it diagnosed because your problem lies elsewhere. As far as the rear handle goes... it matters where it was broken off at. If the top part of the handle is broken leaving behind small peices ( and the handle hinges look intact) then it can be replaced by removing the interior door panel of the rear door, and unbolting the assembly from the inside of the door. If the hinges are broken, then you will need to buy an entire new assembly.

Recently bought a 1996 mitsubishi galant S a couple of weeks ago & the interior light was'nt working. Then it started working sometimes then it quit working again. The buzzer when the door was open...

Sound's like you have some sort of a short or an open, somewhere, i would first check your fuse box,
in your engine and in your dash with a test light. make sure all fuses are working, if you had an open or short it could be possible you blew various fuses with a certain surge of power..
Second.. if you have an aftermarket sterio and all said before turns out alright. then i would pull out and check the wiring in the sterio and all surrounding it, one could have been rubbing up on another bare wire or ground out.

good luck..
