Fuel pump overcurrent protection is fuse 34 PCM, Injector/20Amp.

Two other items you should check are the fuel pump inertia shutoff switch and the fuel pump driver module.

This is a safety device and is a part which cn be in different locations depending on the year.


In addition to the Inertia switch, a fuel pump relay or a crankshaft sensor can do the same thing.

No idea what it means but obviously fuel / fuel pump /injectors problem

Possible that it is stuck in gear.

You may have something blocking the fuel filler neck, or the hose is kinked. ???

Sounds like your fuel pump relay

Sounds like a clogged fuel pump. It can happen instantly with no warning. The fuel gets low enough to slow the speed of fuel that gets to the motor. making it hard to stay running when under heavier loads. Try replacing the fuel filter. Thanks for asking!

Clean/Change air filter, fuel filter, air filter, turbo filter. Clean and check EGR valve and Turbo gate. Check the hdi fuel pressure. Open the injectors and clean it. Give it a try and may be you can save 600 euros.

Replace the fuel pump. $300-500.
