Code 743 is for the torque converter circuit.
The problem could be the torque converter itself or the wiring-solenoid going to it.

P0743 code ford f250 located at

You need transmission repair.
That P0743 for ford is a diagnostic trouble code is set when the Engine Management Computer (EMC) also known as the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) and also known as the Engine Control Module (ECM) detects a fault with the torque converter clutch (TCC) solenoid electrical circuit, which is contained inside the transmission.

Where is the pressure control sensor 2001 ford windstar SEL?

From what I have read about those 2 error codes you are probably best off taking it to a transmission shop.
You'll find information about the P0743 code here http://www.obd-codes.com/p0743 P0743 is a generic error code for all Ford trucks. The P1747 is specifically for the EPC Solenoid Short Circuit
Electronic Pressure Control (EPC) Solenoid, which is inside the transmission. You have to drain the fluid and open the bottom cover pan. Replace the EPC and the filter at minimum; once you have it open you'll be able to find out more.
Good luck with this, it's not going to be a simple fix.

Ford code p0743 and code p0700 what is most likely the best way go about getting to the real problem FIRST... PLEASE HELP.

The P0700 is just a generic code to tell you to look for more specific transmission related codes.

The P0743 indicates a problem with the TCC (torque converter control) circuit. That can be the solenoid itself, the control module, the torque converter or any related wiring. You need a transmission specialist to look at that.

when diagnosing multiple fault codes it can be tricky figuring out whats going on for instance all three of the codes you have are an electrical nature and not mechanical faults in the transmission most likely they share a common power or ground circuit and have lost one or the other also if they do share any circuit and anyone of these are faulty it would generate the other codes. to do an accurate circuit check you should remove the transmission pan so you can check the terminals at the solenoids and switches on the valvebody because the problem could be in the "passthrough" connector

Mers. E320 1997 i got those codes P0743, P0753, P0763 and P0758

This is a wiring problem you have a loose connector at the ECT control module or connector at the transmission, the solution is make proper connection and this is a common problem, that or you have a bad conductor plate in the transmission. Go to the right rear of the engine compartment ensure you connection for the transmission module is all hook up, go to the transmission and ensure nothing at the harness is disconnected
