P0700 is the TCM requesting Malfunction Indicator Light or "check engine light" telling you something is wrong with the Engine Control Module or (ECM). That is a computer like the Body Control Module or (BCM) another computer on the car that controls things like the amount of fuel injection or the ignition timing and such. You need a code scanner to pull the code from the computer or ECM. You can get this done for free if you live in an area where there is an Autozone or Advanced Auto Parts Store by asking the man behind the counter to do this for you. He has a scanner and can connect it and pull the codes and tell you what is wrong. Other than that you will have to buy one or take it to the dealer and have them do it for you. Most scanners plug in under the drivers dash. Hope this helps.
